Thana City Golf & Sports Club wishes to become a leader in the development of future golfing stars from Thailand.  As such we have developed a programme for a select group of young golfers to become “Thana City Ambassadors”.  These golfers will have full access to our facilities for practice and when they travel and play on the world’s professional circuits, they will spread the Thana City story.  We welcome them to our Thana City family and encourage you to watch out for these talented players on the world’s golfing leader boards in the years to come.

Name:  Mr Sattaya Supupramai (Khun Jet)

Date of Birth:  November 16^th 1983

Khun Jett has tremendous ambition to succeed.  Plying his trade on the Thai PGA Tour and with recent success in securing a card on the Asian Tour, Jett has had numerous top 10 finishes around the region including a 6^th place finish at the Hana Vietnam Masters.  His maiden Asian Tour victory awaits this promising young star.

Name:  Ms Praewnapa Phol-Uayporn  (Khun Praew)

Date of Birth: September 1^st 1987 (Age 23)

College: Florida Atlantic University, Florida, USA

Turned Professional: 2009

Career Best Finish: T6 th Canadian Women’s Tour @ Quilchena

Khun Praew started golfing when she was eight years old by the influence of her dad. She had a successful amateur career. In 2005, she accepted a full-scholarship from Florida Atlantic University and became the number one player of Florida Atlantic Women’s Golf Team from 2005 to 2009. Praew graduated from FAU in may of 2009 with Bachelor of Art degree and she also received academic honor from her great academic performance. She has turned professional in May of 2009 and become a member of the Duramed Futures Tour where she started her professional golf career. Praew carded two top-10 finishes in Canadian Women’s Tour and China LPGA in summer of 2010. She is a brand new wave that is ready to rise up high and reach all of her goals. Her ultimate goals are to be in the top-20 of the Ladies World Ranking and win one of the Major Championships.
